When you browse
The website does not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, third-party fonts, embedded social feeds, or browser storage. It does not ask you to create an account.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and security logs to serve and protect the website. A static website does not eliminate this infrastructure processing.
Analytics
We use Plausible for aggregate website analytics. We have not enabled custom events or form-field tracking. See Plausible’s data policy for how it handles visitor data. Please do not include personal information in page URLs.
When you contact us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and a short message. Company and service interest are optional. We use this information to understand and respond to your request. We do not use form submissions to add you to a marketing list.
Submissions pass through our website’s inquiry handler and FormSubmit to scm@end2end-scm.com. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Sending email involves your email provider and our mailbox provider.
Storage and retention
The website application does not maintain an inquiry database or intentionally log inquiry contents. Messages delivered to our mailbox remain subject to mailbox storage and retention settings. Hosting and delivery services may maintain their own operational logs.
We retain inquiries only as needed for responding and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion or correction; we will explain any records that need to be retained.
Other websites
Articles may link to third-party sources. Those websites have their own privacy practices. We do not load their content automatically into our pages.
